There has been a lot of talk about MTHFR gene mutation and its role in fertility, personally I think that if there is unexplained infertility or there has been a number of miscarriages, then it might be time to test for this mutation to rule it out as a cause; or to treat it and improve your chances of conceiving a beautiful little baby.  I think it is a piece of a puzzle that cn benefit your fertility: I do not believe it to be a magic bullet.
